Thank you for shopping with NLS Foods. We are committed to delivering premium quality Indian groceries — including rice, spices, jaggery, sugar, and pulses — right to your doorstep in a safe and timely manner.

Order Processing Time

All orders are processed within 1–2 business days after payment confirmation. Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next business day.

Shipping Time

Once dispatched, estimated delivery times are:

  • Metro Cities: 2–4 business days
  • Tier 2 & Tier 3 Cities: 4–7 business days
  • Remote Areas: 7–10 business days

Shipping Charges

Shipping charges are calculated at checkout based on your delivery location and order weight. We offer free shipping on orders above a minimum order value (as displayed at checkout).

Order Tracking

Once your order is shipped, you will receive a confirmation email or SMS with your tracking details. You can use the tracking number to monitor your shipment status.

Damaged or Lost Shipments

If your order arrives damaged or is lost in transit, please contact us within 48 hours of the expected delivery date at support@nlsfoods.com. We will investigate and arrange a replacement or refund as appropriate.

  • We currently ship within India only.
  • Delivery timelines may be affected during peak seasons, festivals, or unforeseen circumstances such as natural disasters or strikes.
  • Please ensure your delivery address and contact details are accurate at the time of placing the order. NLS Foods is not responsible for delays due to incorrect address information.
