2. Mandatory Unboxing Video Requirement
To be eligible for any return, replacement, refund, or claim related to damaged, defective, incorrect, or missing products, customers must record a continuous, unedited video while opening the package.
The video must:

Capture the complete unboxing process without any cuts or edits.

Clearly display any damage, defect, incorrect item, or missing item.
Failure to provide a valid and complete unboxing video will result in automatic rejection of any return, replacement, or refund request.
Photographs alone will not be accepted as proof.
3. Non-Returnable and Non-Refundable Situations
Returns, replacements, and refunds will not be provided in the following cases:
